Nakhwan Fell is a professionally trained counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), the professional organisation for counsellors and psychotherapists in the United Kingdom. She works with adults aged 18 and over across the UK and is bilingual in Thai and English, which enables her to bring a culturally sensitive perspective to the challenges people face.
With six years of experience, Nakhwan has worked with adults coping with a wide range of issues, including stress, depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger, eating difficulties, low self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, relationship and family problems, parenting concerns, culture shock and homesickness, school and college issues, and life transitions.
She follows the BACP ethical framework and provides a safe, non-judgmental space. Her approach is warm, creative and approachable, tailored to each person’s individual needs to help them gain fresh insight and new perspectives on themselves and others.
Drawing on her own life experience, Nakhwan empathises with how change and transition can bring feelings such as anxiety, confusion, numbness or a loss of self-esteem. She is committed to ongoing professional development and is passionate about supporting people to find their own solutions and to regain a sense of control in their lives.
Nakhwan is available to support adults across the UK and is here to accompany clients through that process of change and healing.
