Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor committed to helping individuals improve their emotional wellbeing and overall quality of life through evidence-based psychological therapy.
My approach is integrative, drawing on a range of therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and Humanistic approaches. I also incorporate Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Therapy, Reflective Practice, Motivational Interviewing, and Emotional Intelligence to meet your individual needs.
I offer both short- and long-term therapy, depending on what feels right for you.
My aim is to work collaboratively and compassionately with you as we explore your concerns and identify ways forward that work for you.
Throughout my career, I have worked in various settings including the NHS, education, addiction services, community organisations, private practice, and the corporate sector. This wide experience enables me to support clients from diverse backgrounds, facing a range of challenges.
I work in line with the BACP’s Ethical Framework and receive regular clinical supervision. I also stay engaged in ongoing professional development to ensure my practice remains current, ethical and effective.
Taking the first step into therapy can be life-changing- or perhaps you are returning to therapy after some time away. Whatever has brought you here, I’m here to offer a respectful and supportive space where you can explore what matters to you.
I look forward to working with you.
