Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person work for most people.
A key benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the contact method that best suits them – video sessions, phone appointments, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy offers practical access to trained therapists while keeping the focus on outcomes that matter to each individual.
