I trained primarily in Person-Centred therapy, a client centred approach that allows the client to share their issues, which is not always easy. I now work in a more integrative way which is an individualised approach to therapy that combines ideas and techniques from different therapeutic schools of thought depending on the unique needs of the client. This also takes courage to examine your life and painful issues, but it is so worth it, it will also increase your self-awareness and life satisfaction.
I am driven by my passion for mental health and helping you. I am a human with a heart and also have lived experiences, because of victories and tragedies in my own life, I can relate to the hardships of others and feel your difficulties and emotional pain. The majority of my career has been dedicated to helping others in various situations, I have previously worked with men, women, families, young adults, teenagers and children.
