Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to life changes, remote therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can meet with your therapist in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit counseling into a busy schedule.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and if you decide you would prefer someone different, you can switch therapists at any time to find a better fit.
