Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an Integrative Counsellor (MBACP) and I have a private practice in the City of London and the London Borough of Bexley.
I work with adults and couples both in-person and online on a wide range of behavioural, emotional, and relationship issues.
I am here to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings and facilitate self-awareness and movement towards healing and growth.
I have been trained in a number of modalities including person-centred, psychodynamic, existential, cognitive, and relational approaches. My practice also draws on embodied/somatic approaches to trauma. Ultimately, my approach is tailored to the client and what works best for each individual.
I am experienced working with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and family issues and relationships. My continuous professional development (CPD) is particularly focused on relationship and intimacy issues and relational trauma.
Due to my professional background, I am also comfortable and interested in working with clients involved in anti-social behaviour and the criminal justice system. I have worked in a helping capacity in the the areas of community safety and anti-social behaviour, SEN education, and housing for vulnerable tenants.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
