Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, and welcome. My name is Lindsey Lewis, and I’m a qualified counsellor with a First-Class BA (Hons) in Counselling and several years of experience supporting clients through a wide range of challenges. I work with both men and women and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to therapy.
I believe counselling is a space where you can feel truly heard, supported, and understood without judgment. Many of the people I work with come to therapy because they are struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationship issues, or patterns that leave them feeling stuck. Together, we can explore what’s happening for you, help you gain clarity, and find healthier ways forward.
My approach blends person-centred counselling with practical tools, reflection, and gentle guidance to help you strengthen self-awareness, build resilience, and create meaningful change. I’m especially experienced in supporting people who struggle with boundaries, self-esteem, ADHD traits, or difficulties in relationships.
I see therapy as a collaborative journey, you are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you, helping you feel more empowered, understood, and able to move toward the life you want.
If you feel ready to begin, I’d be honoured to support you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions.
Flexibility is a major advantage. People can choose the way they feel most comfortable connecting with a therapist – by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy around daily life.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and it is possible to switch therapists at any time if a different fit is preferred.
