Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome to my profile. I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist registered with the BACP in the UK. I have 7 years of experience in helping clients with many different things including stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I also have experience in supporting clients on the autistic spectrum, those living with neurodiversity and those living with Multiple Sclerosis.
I work with whatever you wish to bring to therapy: this could be feelings of anxiety, low mood or depression, difficulties with relationships, work, life changes or bereavement. It may be that you are feeling stuck or that something is not quite working within your life currently.
I can help you work through any difficulties you are experiencing. My approach is down to earth and compassionate and my aim is to help you to recognise and use your inner strengths. I will work alongside you to increase your self awareness: helping you to gain clarity, understanding and a way forward. I work holistically and tailor the counselling to suit you, using techniques from different therapies.
My experience includes counselling for MIND, MS-UK, within Primary Care in a GP surgery and for a Community Economic Development Trust in Plymouth. I am also a trained Samaritan and have Social Prescribing experience and extensive knowledge of local and national services relating to mental health, wellbeing, autism and neurodivergence.
The person centred approach is at the heart of my work and I pride myself on building up a strong therapeutic alliance. I will explore with you what you would like to gain from therapy and how you would like to work. I will then work with you using different therapeutic techniques in a way that will support, empower and gently challenge you to gain awareness and move forward. You set the pace of the therapy and I work in a trauma informed way meaning I will not ask you to explore anything you don’t feel comfortable with.
In addition to exploring your difficulties with me, I can offer psycho-education and strategies where appropriate to help you understand, challenge and work with what you are experiencing. I can also offer signposting to local or national services regarding many issues including mental health support, wellbeing, autism and neurodivergence.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. My role is to help you identify these and walk alongside you as you explore what is currently troubling you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am looking forward to meeting you and supporting you.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can offer a practical way to access support when in-person appointments are difficult to arrange.
A major benefit of online therapy is flexibility. People can choose the format that fits their needs and comfort level, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to bring therapy into a busy life and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and it is possible to change therapists if a different match is preferred. For many, online therapy provides a convenient, effective route to working through everyday challenges and achieving clearer ways forward.
