Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Living in these times makes many things possible, but it is also a time of great loneliness. Whatever ails us may feel personal, but is also not simply that there is something wrong with us. We live in a troubled time, a troubled world. And that sense of challenge lives within each of us all while we navigate our daily lives. Because the problems we face are not simply our own, so too must the solution be more comprehensive than changing simply changing the way we think or act. Whether you are new to therapy or seasoned seeker of inner wisdom, we can all benefit from a place to belong and work towards being our best selves.
Therapy in my practice first focuses on getting to know the individual needs, challenges, desires, and goals of each client. I create a safe space to explore those parts of ourselves, and work towards living one’s best life. My training follows Psychoanalytic, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Liberation, Narrative, and Humanistic psychology lineages.
If you have been struggling, reach out.
You are not alone in all you might be facing.

L. Camille Jarmie recognizes that modern life brings many possibilities alongside a persistent sense of loneliness. What feels like an individual problem is often interwoven with broader social and cultural challenges, and that awareness informs her work with clients.
Her practice begins by learning each person’s particular needs, struggles, hopes, and goals. She provides a calm space to examine those parts of the self and collaborates with clients to promote meaningful change and a fuller sense of belonging. Her clinical training draws from Psychoanalytic, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Liberation, Narrative, and Humanistic approaches.
Jarmie is a licensed psychologist in Arizona (AZ Psychologist PSY-005306) with 15 years of experience. She meets people at different points in their therapeutic journeys, whether they are new to therapy or have long pursued self-understanding. Those who have been struggling are encouraged to reach out, as they are not alone in what they face.
Many people ask whether remote therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and maintain continuity of care.
These services are provided by licensed professionals and therapists. If someone wants a different therapeutic match, they may switch providers at any time to find the best fit for their needs.
