Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
What it is like to work with me in therapy?
Empathy is at the core of all communication during our sessions. I will collaborate with you looking at what difficulties are being experienced and what solutions can be found. It’s like having another mind in the room thinking together and problem solving, finding creative solutions to life’s difficulties. Two minds coming together to help you achieve your goals, facilitating you to be able to live the life you want to have.
My background is in Psychology, having attained BSc (Hons) with further professional qualifications, PG Dip in Counselling and Therapeutic Communication with PG Cert in Professional Practice. I am a member of BACP regulating body since 2016.
Over the years I have gained experience working with clients covering many areas such as anxiety, depression, stress, work related issues, bereavement and managing life changes and stages and the self worth that results in experiencing such challenges.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and therefore is tailored to each individual’s needs

Many people wonder whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients may switch to a different therapist at any time if they would like an alternative fit. Online therapy can provide an accessible route to professional support for a range of everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
