Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the clearest advantages is flexibility – clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into daily routines and commitments.
All therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and if the therapeutic relationship does not feel like the right fit, it is possible to switch to another therapist at any time.
