Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a BACP registered counsellor, bound by their ethical framework and working towards accreditation. I am focused on upholding the highest ethical and professional standards which include confidentiality, non-maleficence, autonomy and justice.
I have experience in 1-2-1, open ended counselling and have worked for the NHS as a volunteer counsellor, working in short term, “solutions focused” practice. I work in primary schools and I also tutor a Level 2 Counselling Skills course.
I am an integrative practitioner which means I tailor my approach to individual client needs. I use primarily “Person Centred” theory as the foundations of my therapy: Clients are able to maintain their autonomy in sessions as these are client led.
All sessions incorporate Carl Rogers “Core Conditions”. I also implement Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis and Existential philosophy to help clients gain deeper insight into their presenting issues.
I have held a diverse range of clients and worked with many common mental health issues throughout my experience such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, codependency and attachment. I am consistently driven to improve my knowledge of theory and self awareness for the benefit of my client work and level of proficiency.

Many people ask whether online therapy truly helps. For a wide range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or major life changes – research shows online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person work.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine.
Each therapist offering online support is a licensed professional, and it is possible to change therapists at any time if someone feels a different fit would be more helpful.
