Have you been overwhelmed with anxiety, feeling down, lacking motivation or self-confidence? Many of my clients find themselves on edge, irritable, at the end of their rope. Often, they struggle to see their own worth, burdened with negative core beliefs and memories of their past. They’ve felt like they haven’t had control in their life for far too long. They are looking for help with their problems and want to see someone from the comfort of their own homes. Because Capital City Counseling is fully telehealth, I am licensed and able to serve individuals living in the states of Louisiana, Nevada, or Utah.

Many people want to know whether online therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, evidence shows that remote therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person work.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the contact method that fits their life and comfort level, whether that is video, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to keep therapy consistent amid busy schedules.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients may request a different therapist at any time if they feel a new fit would be more helpful. Online therapy provides a practical, accessible way to pursue mental health support without sacrificing the quality of care.
