Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, my name is Janet, and thank you for visiting my page and taking the first steps in looking after your mental health, this in itself can be a very daunting experience.
My therapy style is CBT and Person Centred, you’re the expert in yourself, and I only know what you tell me, by working together, talking about your concerns, we can come to an outcome that is suitable for you, it is important that you make your own choices, and therefore I do not advise you, but using my techniques we will get you there, so that you can feel better about your choices in life and not repeat them.
I strongly believe that by working in warm and compassionate style, non-judgemental, and treat everyone with respect and do not label people, we get better outcomes.
I have a diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, Mindfulness and Domestic Violence, and have over 15 years’ experience of working in a therapy service.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different fit they can switch to another clinician at any time.
