Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an accredited CPCAB Counsellor/Psychotherapist, trained in an integrative approach that incorporates Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis) TA, Gestalt, and Psychodynamic theories. Building on this foundation, I continued my personal development and interest in specific theories including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Psycholinguistics, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
I am also a qualified healer (Healer Practitioner Association International) HPAI, and trained in the Rewind Technique (International Association for Rewind Trauma Therapy) IARTT which can help to recover from traumatic and distressing past experiences that are affecting your well-being, mental health and quality of life.
There are many situations where I will adapt a therapeutic approach to best suit your individual needs and build a professional relationship with you, so in time you can explore and find your own resolution.
I have experience supporting people with a range of issues, such as generalised anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, stress, loss and bereavement, feeling sad, physical and mental abuse. I have also worked with individuals who suspect they may have ADHD.
I am expanding my extensive experience and education within the holistic theories, and I receive monthly clinical supervision working within the legal framework of the NCPS.

For many common issues – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person work. Evidence and experience suggest that, for these concerns, remote sessions often deliver comparable outcomes to face-to-face therapy.
One major benefit is the flexibility to choose the connection method that suits you best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life or to access support from a preferred location.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if someone decides they would prefer a different fit they can change to another therapist. For many people, remote therapy offers an accessible and practical route to addressing everyday mental health and wellbeing needs.
