Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and thank you for visiting my profile.
I am credentialed in the UK with 5 years of professional work experience. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
I am an integrative counsellor with a person-centered core offering a wide range of counselling skills and approaches which are tailored uniquely to each individual client and their needs.
I am a very loyal, honest, and empathetic person who receives a huge sense of pride and worth in helping others and thrives from their successes. I have strong family values and morals while being non-judgemental and open-minded and came into counselling after finding true value from therapy and appreciating that the natural skills within my personality could be enhanced and utilised professionally to aid others in a down-to-earth manner.
I work with a wide range of complex issues, specialising in working with the past, trauma, bereavement, and neurodiversity. Having ADHD myself, I find it a privilege to work with neurodiversity, both diagnosed and undiagnosed, to provide support, coping mechanisms, and psychoeducation.

Many people ask whether remote counselling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person work for most people.
A key benefit is convenience – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and if someone feels they need a different fit they can switch to another therapist at any time.
