Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a counsellor, transformational coach, supervisor and counselling lecturer with over 7 years of experience supporting people through the ups and downs of life.
Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, supporting them with issues such as anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and personal growth. My dual role as both a counsellor and life coach allows me to bring depth, clarity, and guidance into my work.
I believe the most important part of therapy is having a space where you feel safe, understood, and truly listened to. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative – we’ll work together at your pace and in a way that feels right for you. I use a blend of counselling and coaching, drawing on different approaches such as person-centred therapy, Attachment, NLP techniques, and coaching tools. This means our sessions can focus both on understanding your inner world and on finding practical ways forward.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not always easy to navigate things on your own. I can help you to:
– Make sense of your thoughts and feelings
– Recognise and shift unhelpful patterns
– Build self-awareness, confidence, and resilience
– Manage stress and anxiety with practical tools
– Move towards the changes and goals that matter most to you
My aim is to walk alongside you – supporting you as you explore, grow, and take steps towards a life that feels more balanced and meaningful.

Many people ask whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that suits you best, whether via video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide care online, and if you feel a different match would suit you better, you can switch therapists at any time. Online therapy offers a practical route to access support for many common mental health and life concerns.
