Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where we can discuss the problems or uncertainties you are facing. I will work with you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and find strategies to address the issues you are facing.
I am an integrative counsellor, meaning I use a variety of methods and techniques to find the approach that works best for you depending on your needs. My aim is to treat every client as the unique individual they are, putting you at the centre of the work we do together.
I offer counselling face to face and online to suit your individual needs.
My first session
I understand the courage it takes to take the first step towards counselling and to make changes in your life. I aim to provide a supportive and confidential space for you talk about what is going on with you, with a counsellor you can trust and feel comfortable around.
We will start with an assessment in your first session, where I will ask you questions to get a picture of your current mental health and your reasons for seeking counselling. Together we will plan the work we will do in future sessions, working towards a place in your life where you feel more confident and in control.
To support your needs, I provide telephone sessions throughout the day. From 6:00pm onwards (UK time), I’m available for video sessions. This way, you can choose the format that feels most comfortable and convenient.
Thanks

Femi seeks to make the first session as supportive as possible, recognising the courage it takes to begin counselling. From there he and the client plan future sessions and set goals that aim to increase confidence and a sense of control.

Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person work.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to choose the mode that supports engagement.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients can change therapists if they want a different fit. The convenience and adaptability of online formats mean many people are able to access support that meets their needs without sacrificing quality of care.
