Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives.
Therapists providing online support are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy offers a practical, accessible way to work on mental health concerns with a qualified practitioner.
