Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a fully qualified, experienced and very human therapeutic counsellor and life coach, a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, graduate member of the British Psychological Society and member of the National Counselling Society. I work in my own practice with clients presenting with various difficulties and issues including depression, stress and anxiety, bereavement, loneliness and self-esteem issues. I also have a special interest in life transitions, life decisions and in relationship difficulties and I work as a couples therapist.
Whilst my approach is integrative, drawing from different theories according to the needs of individual clients, including Person Centred theory, Psychodynamic theory, Transactional Analysis, and CBT, some clients prefer a more structured approach for specific goals they would like to work towards in their life. This Solution Focused or Brief Therapy method appropriate for shorter time frames, is sometimes included in the way I work with certain clients in my counselling practice, when appropriate.
My person-centred background means that you will be accepted not judged and I will be totally genuine with you often giving you feedback on your journey but without directing or advising you. I am easy to talk to and I like people to feel comfortable in the sessions so they feel that they can talk, so I hope that this comes across.
So my commitment is to provide you with a calm, patient and non-judgemental therapeutic approach. I feel strongly about people being able to have access to counselling and confidential help when it’s needed and I am dedicated to this. I am here for you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists providing these services are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they want a different fit. Online therapy offers a practical, accessible option for many people seeking support.
