Many people ask whether remote therapy can really help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
An important benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the way they connect that feels most comfortable, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and if clients decide they would prefer a different fit they may switch to another therapist at any time.
