My name is Elisa Beagle. I am a licensed professional counselor who has been in the mental health field for more than a decade. I have worked in a variety of settings, including clinical, treatment centers, residential, and in-office.Therefore, I have had a wide variety of clients with diverse environments, personalities and backgrounds.
I have extensive experiences working with mood/personality disorders, life transitions, LGBTQ+ community, family/relationship conflict, and complex trauma/abuse. I also have additional experience with Autism, Identity issues, and depression
I use a person-centered, holistic, multicultural, and integrative approach in treatment. After assessing your needs, we would personalize sessions while being mindful of how your individual cultural identities and lifestyle choices impact your experience.
I believe that counseling allows us to shift our perspective on aspects of life that we may have previously found extremely difficult to navigate to a perspective that can lead to one of hope and liberation.Therapy can help with self care, self discovery, clarity coping skills and a safe confidential space to speak about your life views.
I look to provide a safe, comfortable environment where you can have the space to be yourself completely and authentically.
My passion for the mental health field stems from personal experiences as well first hand experience with family and friends. I am aware that it can be challenging to deal with some of society’s negative beliefs regarding mental health. However, I also know from experience how much life can be altered when you do get the support that you need.
Please know that your comfort level is important to me, so if there is anything you would want me to be mindful of before our session, feel free to let me know!I look forward to beginning this journey with you!

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical experience support its use for these types of issues, and many people find meaningful benefit through virtual care.
One key advantage is convenience and flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether through video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives and to maintain continuity of care when schedules or locations change.
All therapists providing online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy offers an accessible way to begin or continue mental health work while preserving many of the therapeutic elements found in face-to-face treatment.
