Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Dianna I am licensed Relationship/Family Counsellor, Students Mental Health Mentor and a Life Coach with over 10years experience.
It takes courage to reach out for support, which is the second phase of your process; the first is the acknowledgement that you need support and making the decision to move forward. I do understand the many challenges that we face as we navigate through our life experiences. While I am a Helping Professional, I do believe in the human connection and will work with you to embrace all aspects of yourself. Despite challenges, no matter how difficult; it is my belief that we all possess, the ability to empower ourselves and regain control over our lives.
It is important to be patient with yourself as you work toward your healing. It is important for you to try and celebrate every step forward you make and to even learn from every step that you may take back. It is sometimes through pain that we grow, (growing Pains). Learn to find reasons to love and except yourself.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that suits you best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain consistent support.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and if you ever want a different fit you can switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible and practical route to professional support for everyday mental health concerns.
