Deborah Frost has a particular passion and specialist knowledge in grief and loss. She is a qualified, experienced counsellor working in the United Kingdom.
She offers therapy to children aged 11-18, to adults and to couples. Her training includes additional qualifications in depression, trauma, couples counselling, supervision and grief and loss.
Deborah has experience in relationship counselling, has worked with victims of abuse, and specialises in supporting people with Autism. She adopts an integrated approach to therapy, with the client taking the lead in the process.
Her style is warm and non-judgemental; nothing a client brings will shock her. She aims to help people feel stronger and, ultimately, happier, tailoring sessions to meet each person’s specific needs and goals.
Deborah recognises the courage it takes to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and is available to support and empower clients through change. She offers appointments on Friday evenings, and on Saturday and Sunday mornings by request.
She looks forward to working with clients.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, evidence shows that online therapy can be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility - clients can connect in the way that best suits them, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if a client feels a different fit would work better they can switch therapists at any time. For many people facing everyday mental health challenges, online therapy offers an accessible and effective route to support.
