I have worked with a diverse range of clients with many varied concerns such as depression, stress & anxiety, substance misuse & addictions including porn and bereavement & loss just to name a few.
I have also helped people with relationship/sexuality issues and trauma/abuse. I am kink/alternative lifestyle friendly and am more than happy to work with people on these issues. I am a mixed race counsellor that has a good understanding of racial/cultural and identity issues. Particularly in regards to Chinese/South East Asian.
I have seen clients short and long term with experience working face to face in a range of different settings such as IAPT, the NHS and in a forensic setting (prison) as well as online and over the phone. Both domestic and international.
My therapy style is first and foremost welcoming, friendly and easily approachable. This allows my clients to feel at ease which allows them to open up and explore their issues. I honestly believe in treating people in a polite manner and respecting everyone’s individuality. My approach is humanistic which means that I am genuine and empathic.
I respect the courage it takes to enter therapy and am here to help bring about the change you want for yourself. Together we can achieve a real and lasting impact. I believe in empowering my clients on their journey to becoming the best possible version of themselves.
Would love to hear from you, to have the chance to enter into your world and work alongside you.

Many people ask whether remote therapy can make a real difference. For a number of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable to traditional in-person treatment for achieving meaningful outcomes.
A major benefit of online work is flexibility. Clients can choose how to meet – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life or to continue care across locations.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and it is possible to change therapists if a different fit is needed. For many people, remote therapy provides a practical and effective way to access support for everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
