Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, my name is Clement and I am based in Cornwall, UK. If you have just been referred to me or are looking to make a change to a new therapist, please take a look at the reviews and then read on…
I work with clients especially to increase self-knowledge and awareness, to perceive things differently, seeing the positives, gaining a sense of hope and freedom, that we can be the directors of our lives. Empowerment, taking responsibility and the willingness to change are all important to the process. And yet all this done with understanding, gentleness, kindness to our selves, seeing ourselves in our best light.
My main experience lies in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, various addictions and abuse. I also help clients living with conditions such as autism and ADHD.
My background is of a holistic, spiritual nature, but rest assured, I will meet you where you are and we will work together to find what works for you.
I also run group sessions on “Enabling Positive Change” here on this platform starting April 2025.
I look forward to welcoming you to our sessions
Warm wishes
Clement

Research and practice show that for many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and navigating life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It is a practical option for those seeking help with everyday mental health issues.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. People can choose the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many, remote therapy provides a convenient and effective route to support and progress.
