Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in South Carolina and have been practicing for five years. I graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2016. My career path has allowed me to work in a variety of clinical settings, which has provided me with the opportunity to engage with a range of diverse individuals. In addition to the clients I engage with through BetterHelp, I am currently the Program Coordinator for an intensive community mental health clinic that serves a vulnerable population with severe and persistent mental illness. My areas of focus are trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, sexual satisfaction, identity navigation, body image concerns, self-esteem, substance abuse, relationship issues, high stress work environments, life transitions, childhood, and excessive social media use.
I have been privileged to gain experience working with clients of all ages during various stages of their lives and my diverse professional experience and trainings have afforded me considerable expertise treating a wide range of individuals and identified symptoms. In conjunction to working one-on-one, my background includes collaborative treatment of couples and families.
The experience of engaging in therapy is unique for everyone, and it requires vulnerability and a great deal of trust. My therapeutic approach is personalized to each client, which allows the sessions to be centered around you with an emphasis on where you are currently. I utilize my therapeutic approach in conjunction with my interactive therapy style to cultivate a healthy therapeutic relationship to create a safe and affirming space to heal, to expand the things that are working, and to encourage personal freedom and empowerment.
Finally, I want to acknowledge the effort required by you to begin the therapeutic process. My hope is that your motivation continues and your experience results in you feeling empowered. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I look forward to the potential opportunity to work together!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to maintain continuity of care during life changes.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people seeking support with everyday mental health concerns, online therapy provides an accessible and effective option.
