Welcome to my profile page, I am so honoured that you have taken the time to view and consider me to be your therapist here on Betterhelp.
My name is Charlotte and I am an Integrative Therapist practicing in the UK.
I have been providing holistic therapeutic interventions within the support and charity sectors for over 10 years in different roles and capacities.
As a Counsellor I have experience in helping clients with a number of issues including stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
As an Integrative Therapist I am trained in a number of therapeutic approaches and will utilise these accordingly depending on the needs and presentation of each client that I see.
I choose a predominantly Person Centred approach which means that I treat all of my clients as the gifted and special individuals that they are. I offer unconditional positive regard, empathy and a non-judgmental listening ear to each and every one of my clients. No client is the same, which makes my job all the more exciting!

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists if they would prefer a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical option for many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns and life transitions.
