Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I am Charlotte. I am a UK-based qualified professional therapist and have been since 2018. During this time, I have supported College and University students and individuals in navigating their grief and the everyday challenges life presents.
I was initially trained in Person Centered Therapy, which enhanced my empathy and developed valuable active listening skills.
My training in Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) by the field’s leading experts was a turning point. This approach aligns with my firm belief that everyone, including you, has the potential to identify and focus on their best self, create change, recognise personal strength, and understand the power of hope — a chance to become your own hero.
I understand how challenging life can sometimes be and the impact this can have. But these challenges hold inspiration where new opportunities wait to be found.
When life is on a loop of self-doubt, perception lacks hope, and we lose sight of our strengths, abilities and accomplishments.
By offering you a safe and supportive space, I aim to help you reflect and refocus on what truly matters to you. Together, we can explore the choices that can enhance your perceptions, strengthen your self-trust, and bring more purpose and meaning to your life.
If you want to learn more about how I work, head to cmyk.org.uk.
I look forward to exploring this process with you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most issues.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to access support from different locations.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be better. Overall, online therapy offers an accessible, adaptable way to work on common mental health and life concerns while maintaining the professional support of qualified therapists.
