Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, my name is Cathrine. I am a licensed therapist in FL with over 20 years experience in the field. I have worked with individuals and families with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship/family issues, PTSD, and LGBTQ+. I hold a Masters degree in Counseling and Psychology and a Masters degree in Social Work.
My counseling style is a collaborative process, where the therapist and client/family work together as a team to meet goals. I consider myself to be open-minded and realize that every person, regardless of background, is unique in his/her own way. I try to convey a “worry-free” zone. I want you to feel safe telling me your concerns without the fear of being judged.
It takes a lot of courage to seek counseling, and I realize that there is sometimes a stigma attached to receiving help. I take my profession very seriously and I hope that I can convey my commitment to this process.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person care.
A major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect in the format that best fits their needs, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if a different approach or clinician is preferred, it is possible to switch practitioners. Online therapy can be a practical option for many people seeking support for everyday mental health and relationship challenges.
