Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi there and WELCOME! I hope to create a safe space here in a virtual environment to offer support and provide guidance for you to enhance your mental health and address barriers to achieving your goals. I base my practice on Solution Focussed Therapy, allowing you to explore your values and goals and assisting you in navigating the peaks and valleys of your life. I have a strong Christian faith and can incorporate the power of faith and prayer in our sessions if you want this, I also use a variety of techniques such as EMDR, EFT, CBT, DBT and IFS as part of my practice.
I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & parenting issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique learning style. Together we can explore your strengths and how you get your energy, learn, make decisions and organise your life.
I am licensed in the UK and trained in America (I am an American living in the UK) with a Masters in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counselling, with 20 years of professional work experience with individuals and couples. I look forward to working with you

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating major life changes – online therapy can be an effective alternative to in-person sessions. Research and practice indicate that, for these types of issues, web-based therapy often performs similarly to traditional face-to-face care.
One key benefit of online work is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that fits their lives best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – making it easier to access support around work, family or other commitments.
Another practical advantage is continuity of care. Licensed professionals deliver therapy remotely, and if a particular therapist does not feel like the right fit, clients are typically able to switch to another clinician. Online therapy can therefore provide both convenience and options while addressing common mental health and relationship concerns.
