Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I’m Catherine, a kind, warm and friendly qualified integrative counsellor. Talking to someone can really help, just being able to feel heard and understood by someone is a powerful feeling.
My aim is to build people up and I am committed to providing a warm safe and supportive environment. I am a compassionate, non-judgmental and kind person with a gentle voice. You do not have to be on your own with your worries and thoughts. The way I can help you is by offering another perspective and a chance to reflect and be curious looking into your past and present issues/concerns together at your own pace.
I would call myself integrative as I use a range of tools and skills to reflect each individual person. I am highly experienced with a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic counselling with many years of counselling practice. I have experience supporting people with many mental health problems, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, confidence, as well as trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, grief and bereavement. I work with both adults and young people. I am more than happy to answer your questions and have a discussion regarding therapy sessions. So please get in touch if you feel I would be a good fit for you and your needs.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility: clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit regular sessions into a busy schedule and to access support from home or elsewhere.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and if a different match is wanted it is possible to switch to another therapist. For many people, the combination of proven effectiveness and practical convenience makes online therapy a useful option to consider.
