Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I believe therapy is more than just talking—it’s about being truly heard, understood, and supported in a space where you can heal, grow, and reclaim your sense of self. I have completed specialist training in grief, trauma, suicidality, LGBTQ+, counselling children and young people, working therapeutically with autistic clients, and life-limiting illnesses.
As a BACP-registered humanistic and integrative counsellor, I bring a rich and varied career dedicated to mentorship, advocacy, and emotional well-being, allowing me to offer a compassionate, trauma-informed approach tailored to your unique journey.
My background gives me a unique insight into the complexities of human experience. With decades of experience mentoring and teaching both adults and children, I have helped individuals cultivate confidence, discipline, and emotional strength—powerful tools that extend into the therapeutic process. As a senior investigator, I worked on the front lines of safeguarding and supporting victims of exploitation and trauma in high-pressure environments. This has given me a deep understanding of trauma’s impact and the necessity of creating a safe, judgment-free space where healing can begin. As a youth engagement worker (holding a Level 3 Youth Work Award and Youth Mental Health First Aid qualification), I have worked closely with young people through identity struggles, crises, and personal development, fostering emotional resilience and self-awareness.
These experiences allow me to approach therapy with a unique blend of sensitivity, strength, and practical insight, ensuring that every session is shaped around your needs—whether you are navigating grief, anxiety, past trauma, or personal growth.
Therapy should meet you where you are—without pressure, expectation, or judgment. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to access support from different locations.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if you decide you would prefer a different therapeutic fit you are free to switch therapists at any time. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible option for many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns.
