Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Change is a part of life we all experience. If the change is good we run to tell someone about it. When the change is not so good we often keep it to ourselves having no one else to turn to. These are times when having a therapist can make all the difference.
My counseling approach is client centered. This allows for each person’s interests, desires, and priorities to play an active role in their treatment planning. I support the idea that what a person chooses to do is directly related to what that person chooses to think. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to promote positive and lasting change. My desire is to be the person you can turn to for support and guidance. I will walk with you through your struggles. We will do this together. You will not walk alone.

Carrie Zanoni helps people navigate both the welcome and the more difficult changes life brings. When a change is positive, many people want to share it; when it is painful, they often keep it to themselves and have no one to turn to. Those are the moments when a therapist can make a real difference.
Her counseling style is client-centered, placing each person’s interests, priorities, and goals at the heart of treatment planning. Carrie believes a person’s choices are closely connected to their thinking, and she uses cognitive behavioral therapy to support positive, lasting change.
With 16 years of experience and licensure as a Michigan Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, license number 6401012049), Carrie aims to be the person clients can rely on for guidance and support. She walks alongside clients through their struggles so they do not have to face them alone.
