I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have a master’s degree in counselor education. I have experience in anxiety and trauma counseling, and have run anxiety groups in the past. I utilize a holistic approach to therapy and pull from multiple counseling disciplines in order to tailor the therapy for each individual. Some of these include: Emotion-Focused Therapy, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, ACT, DBT, Existential Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Schema Therapy. For those who request it, I am also able to provide counseling which integrates psychological principles with Christian theology and biblical teachings.
