I am licensed in the UK with over 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients struggling with relationship issues, narcissistic abuse, recovery from narcissistic abuse, relationship ship breakdown, stress, anxiety, depression, coping with addictions, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
I am a person centred counsellor with a masters degree (MSc) in Psychology, specialising on a PhD in Psychology in the United Kingdom. I use the modalities of CBT, Person Centred work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I help my clients through active person centred listening, exploring the past, teaching new skills, and if agreed assigning homework, guiding and setting goals and proactively checking in.
I’m available most evenings and I can be very flexible in adjusting times to my clients. I have 100% client satisfaction and I take a very individual and tailored client centred approach in my work.
