Anita Stadler

Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships

About

I am a Professional Counselor licensed in Wyoming with over 10 years of experience working in various avenues of mental health. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, psychosis, criminal thinking, and substance abuse. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, realistic therapy, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Most people are highly functional in most areas of their lives, and just have 1 or 2 that cause them problems. No judgement. Just support and commitment to team up with you to help you live out your best life.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

Is Online Therapy the Right Choice for Your Mental Health Journey?

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.

One major advantage is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of communication that works best for them, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules.

All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different therapeutic fit. Online therapy can offer an accessible way to engage with qualified clinicians while maintaining the same focus on meaningful progress and support.
