Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Aminah Teague.
I’m a counsellor that helps anxious people understand and work with themselves.
Maybe it feels like:
– You convince yourself of things that you know aren’t true, but you can’t help feeling them.
– You read into your interactions with people.
– You’re constantly wound up and unmotivated.
Perhaps it’s time to:
– Drop the mask and open up to people.
– Feel confident that you can cope with whatever life throws at you.
– Understand how you operate and know how to work with it.
It can be tempting to try to cope on your own or reassure yourself that it will pass.
Maybe it’s eased in the past but then got worse again. There are reasons for that.
The answers are in you and I can help you find them.
Together, we’ll create a safe space for you to talk openly and freely about any issues that are causing an imbalance in your life. Contacting a therapist for the first time can be daunting. It’s a big step, but may be one of the most valuable steps you can take for yourself.

Aminah Teague is a counsellor who specialises in supporting people living with anxiety, helping them understand how they think, feel and respond.
She works with clients who find themselves convincing themselves of things they know are unlikely yet feel unavoidable, who read deeply into everyday interactions, or who are often tense one moment and unmotivated the next.
Aminah encourages people to lower their guard and allow themselves to be seen, to build confidence in their ability to cope with life’s challenges, and to learn practical ways of recognising and working with their patterns.
It can be tempting to manage on your own or to tell yourself it will pass – sometimes this helps for a while and then things return or get worse. Aminah believes there are understandable reasons for these cycles and that the answers are already within each person; she offers support to help clients uncover and use those answers.
She creates a calm space where people can speak openly about the issues that have upset the balance in their lives. Reaching out for the first time can feel daunting, but Aminah sees that step as potentially one of the most valuable someone can take for themselves.
