Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and thank you for looking at my profile. I understand how hard it can be to chose the right counsellor. I offer my clients an understanding person-centred approach that is non-judgmental and honest/friendly. The focus of my counselling is decided by the client, who can discuss what might help. I encourage the client to lead the session as I believe that it is the client’s journey since they are experts about their own lives. This allows me to be in the client’s world, supporting them emotionally along their journey to recovery.
I facilitate the process by supporting the client to look at their life journey and help them clarify what they think and how they feel it. My results have shown this process is effective for a wide range of problems and issues. I talk about things they wish in a context that is supportive and facilitative.
Most clients come to me with some form of a loss. This could be in the form of low mood, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, transitions in life, addictions, sexuality and anger issues among others.
I am open minded, approachable, friendly, understanding, and a caring person. I myself have experience some of life’s traumas. I know what it is like to want to talk to someone about how you really feel inside but you don’t because you don’t want people to gossip or be upset for you. Everyone needs a release their emotions at some point in their life and I a safe non-judgmental environment for you to do that.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit of online therapy is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapeutic support into a busy life and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and you have the option to switch to a different therapist at any time if you feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can provide an accessible route to addressing everyday concerns and supporting personal growth.
