Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have over 25 years of experience providing mental health therapy to individual’s, couples, and families. I believe that you should not be in therapy for years, but should be quickly making the changes in your life to get you out of therapy. The goal of therapy is to help you to determine what those changes are and then to help you take the necessary steps to make those changes. My approach to therapy combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and mindfulness.
I am direct, honest, and genuine in the care I provide and consider my assessment and diagnostic skills to be my greatest strength. Client satisfaction and demonstrable results are a priority. I will be the first person to tell you if we are not a good fit. I am interactive and do more than “just sit there and listen.” I have a strong background in working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum, including couples, as well as, female medical conditions that impact mental health functioning. In addition, I have 10 years of experience in the area of disability services at the college level.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit regular care into a busy schedule.
Therapists who offer online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they want a different fit. For many people, remote therapy provides accessible, practical support for everyday mental health concerns.
