Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, research and practice indicate that online therapy can be as effective as in-person work.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether that is by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility helps make therapy easier to fit around work, family and other commitments.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and someone may switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy offers a practical, accessible route for many people seeking support for everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
