I am an accredited person centered therapist with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, & coping with loss. I also have experience working with depression. I hold a number of qualifications that support my clients work. These included level 5 foundation degree in counselling, IDVA qualification (domestic abuse), level 2 mental health, Cruse bereavement training and i am currently undertaking a children and young persons qualification.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. and providing a non judgemental space to express feelings. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Kirsty Ginger is an accredited person-centred therapist with over 10 years of professional experience. She supports people managing stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, and depression. Based in the United Kingdom, she works as a female, non-religious therapist who prioritises respect, sensitivity and compassion.
