Kirsty Ginger is an accredited person-centred therapist with over 10 years of professional experience. She supports people managing stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, and depression. Based in the United Kingdom, she works as a female, non-religious therapist who prioritises respect, sensitivity and compassion.
She offers a non-judgemental space for clients to express their feelings and adapts conversation and treatment plans to meet each person’s unique needs. Kirsty also works with couples to rebuild trust and repair relationships, using therapy as a practical setting to improve difficult communication.
Kirsty holds a level 5 foundation degree in counselling, an IDVA qualification in domestic abuse support, a level 2 mental health qualification and Cruse bereavement training. She is currently undertaking a children and young persons qualification. These credentials support her clinical work with individuals and couples.
She recognises that reaching out for therapy can take courage and welcomes people who are ready to begin that process.
