Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a fully qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I have gained valuable experience through two years of volunteering with two charitable agencies, providing counselling services to individuals from a range of backgrounds. I offer both face-to-face and online therapy, ensuring that support is accessible and flexible to suit each client’s circumstances.
My professional background spans over 10 years within the mental health sector, including work in a secure adult forensics ward and within NHS Doctors’ surgeries. This experience gave me insight into the growing demand for mental health services and guided my decision to train as a therapist. During my time as a Senior Team Leader in an NHS Doctors’ surgery, I witnessed first-hand the need for accessible support, which led me to undertake over four years of study to qualify as an Integrative Counsellor.
Areas of Experience
I have experience working with a broad range of presenting issues, including:
• Depression
• Anxiety and stress
• Low self-worth and self-esteem
• Relationship and communication difficulties
• Infidelity, separation, and divorce
• Grief, loss, and resentment
• Overwhelm and burnout
• Historic abuse
Additionally, I have worked with clients with learning difficulties, speech impediments, and ADHD. My therapeutic work is inclusive and adaptable, ensuring that support is tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.
Therapeutic Approach
As an Integrative Therapist, I draw upon different therapeutic models to offer a flexible, client-centred approach. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. My focus is on working collaboratively to support emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and meaningful change.
