Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Thank you so much for taking the time to learn a little bit about me and my therapy approach. I am a fully qualified and registered counsellor and psychotherapist with 4 years of experience supporting a diverse range of clients through life’s challenges. My approach is always compassionate, non-judgmental, and empathetic.
I specialise in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship issues, challenges around neurodiversity, stress, grief, and life transitions. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply need someone to talk to, I’m here to listen and support you.
My approach is warm and collaborative drawing mainly from psychodynamic psychotherapy. Psychodynamic psychotherapy work helps you to understand more of what you are feeling now, why you behave in certain ways and how this impacts your relationships with others, but (perhaps most importantly) the relationship you have with yourself.
I also have experience in cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and solution focused work. I am a trauma-informed therapist.
The work we do, though, is built around your own very individual needs. I believe in building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, where you can begin to take the steps you want to take towards your therapy goals. And where you can always talk openly and honestly, without any fear of being judged.
At the very heart of successful therapy sits the relationship between therapist and client. It is important to feel heard and understood by your therapist, and to feel safe, comfortable and respected at all times. There is no one therapist that is good for everyone. Please take your time to find the right therapist for you. I love the work that I do and look forward to working with you if you feel I am the right therapist for you.
