Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Dil, and my name means heart, which is what I bring to every session.
I’m a BACP & UKCP accredited psychotherapist with experience supporting adults through a wide range of life challenges, including anxiety, cultural identity, family dynamics, relationship issues, and the stress of life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating intergenerational expectations, or simply looking for a space to breathe, I’m here to walk alongside you.
Before becoming a therapist, I studied Music and Psychology and spent years helping people express themselves through creativity. That journey taught me the power of self-expression in healing and self-discovery. I later completed an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience at King’s College London and trained as a psychotherapeutic counsellor at the Metanoia Institute.
In September 2025, I will begin a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy, focusing on implicit bias and building therapeutic relationships across difference.
As a South Asian therapist, I understand the cultural stigma and unspoken expectations that can shape how we approach mental health. I’m passionate about making therapy inclusive, accessible, and responsive to your unique lived experience. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
My approach integrates humanistic, relational, and evidence-based methods, always tailored to your individual needs. Together, we’ll explore your story in a way that feels safe, supportive, and empowering – so you can move toward a more fulfilling, authentic life.
It takes courage to reach out. If you’re ready to take that step, I’m here to support you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online work has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional face-to-face sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that fits their life and comfort level – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to include therapy in busy schedules and to access support from different locations.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. Overall, online therapy offers a practical, evidence-aligned option for many common mental health and life challenges.
