Hi, I am Chloe and am trained and have practiced in the United Kingdom with 3 years of professional counselling experience. I am a BACP & NCPS registered counsellor and a third year counselling psychologist in training. I specialise in existential, attachment-based and humanistic counselling and therapy.
My way of working is underpinned by trust, respect and equality, and I strive to work collaboratively with my clients to tailor their goals in therapy and work together as a team to achieve them. Therapy is ultimately a conversation with purpose and my conversational style is warm, engaging and stimulating. I would describe my therapeutic style as compassion-focused and insight-oriented, and I strive to deliver both emotional healing and insight and clarity for my clients through open and meaningful dialogue.
I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with grief, coping with loss, career difficulties, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
