The likelihood is that if you feel drawn to working with me, I have either been through some similar issue or my experience means that I have the capacity to be able to empathise and support you fully with whatever it is that brings you to therapy.
I have worked with numerous agencies and with a wide range of issues to include anxiety, low self esteem, pain management, co-dependency, loss & grief, rejection and abandonment, through to trauma (sexual, racial, developmental, relational, generational), personality disorders, and many others. It is possible to heal.
I tailor my approach to what you bring into the therapeutic space and work creatively and intuitively. I am able to integrate a range of modalities working cognitively with the mind, somatically with the body and psycho dynamically/spiritually incorporating the spirit/soul enabling you to bring your full self into the therapy sessions. Our working together may involve focusing on the alleviation of a specific ailment or condition, or it may involve an exploration of your early years of development to understand how it impacts your present, relationship to Self, nature and the world.

Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
Online therapy also offers substantial practical benefits – chief among them flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of connection that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat or in-app messaging, making it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All participating practitioners are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, the combination of evidence of effectiveness and adaptable access makes online therapy a viable option for meeting their therapeutic needs.
