Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Liz and I am a BACP registered integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. My style of therapy is warm and gentle, curious and kind. I prioritise empathy, warmth, and safety. I offer a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.
My style is relational and integrative, which means I am concerned with building a strong relationship with my client, and use various therapeutic approaches depending on what is most suitable at the time.
My main approaches are a blend of person-centred therapy with elements of psychodynamic and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Person-centred therapy works on the principle that everyone can reach their full potential if given the right conditions. Psychodynamic therapy looks at your past and childhood to get to the root of the issues you might be living with today. CBT uses strategies to change your thoughts and behaviours, to make everyday life better and easier. I use all of these approaches depending on what is most suitable.
I trained in London and I have years of experience working online and at therapy clinics and counselling services, as well as in private practice. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy and deserves a safe space to heal and work on themselves.

Elizabeth Kinsey-James is a BACP-registered integrative counsellor and psychotherapist who offers a warm, gentle and curious therapeutic presence. She places emphasis on empathy, warmth and a sense of safety, providing a supportive environment in which people can explore their thoughts and feelings.
Her work is relational and integrative, focused on forming a strong therapeutic relationship and drawing on different approaches as they suit each person. Her practice combines person-centred principles with psychodynamic understanding and elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Person-centred therapy rests on the idea that individuals can grow toward their potential when given the right conditions. Psychodynamic work looks at past and childhood experiences to better understand present patterns. CBT contributes practical strategies to change thoughts and behaviours and help make day-to-day life more manageable. Elizabeth uses these approaches flexibly according to what is most helpful in the moment.
She trained in London and has 4 years of experience working online, in therapy clinics and counselling services, and in private practice. Elizabeth believes that people can benefit from therapy and deserve a supportive space to heal and work on themselves.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. People can choose the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals deliver care online, and if someone feels they need a different match they can switch therapists at any time. Online work can offer an accessible way to begin or continue therapy while maintaining professional standards of treatment.
