I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor with a person-centred approach at the core of my practice. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and affirming space for individuals, with a special focus on LGBTQ+ clients and those navigating issues related to sexualised drug use, addiction, sexual health, identity, relationships, and mental well-being.
With extensive experience working within LGBTQ+ communities and my own lived experiences, I understand the unique challenges that can arise, including stigma, shame, addiction, and the complexities of intimacy and connection. My approach integrates various therapeutic modalities, including, CBT, TA and mindfulness techniques, to tailor support to each individual’s needs. However, my foundation remains person-centred—ensuring that therapy is led by you, at your pace, in a space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered.
My aim is to help you foster self-acceptance, resilience, and meaningful change in a way that aligns with your values and experiences.
